The best bars in Copenhagen sit mostly in the inner city, with a second cluster in Nørrebro and Vesterbro and one of the finest just over the line in Frederiksberg. That is Bird, a vinyl bar on Gl. Kongevej that batches spirit-forward drinks and rarely uses fresh citrus or added sugar; it is The Best Bar in Denmark and No. 24 on Europe's 50 Best Bars 2026, and in 2025 it opened Bird Downtown on Palægade.
