Gucci Giardino 25

Gucci's all-day café-bar on Piazza della Signoria opened in 2022 in a space once occupied by a florist, the interior still nods to it, with head mixologist Martina Bonci building inventive, visually striking drinks with and without alcohol. Part of the Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura family, it placed No.29 on Europe's 50 Best Bars 2026. Order the Mémoire di Negroni (€21). It sits at No. 99 on the World's 50 Best Bars 2025.

Named for the painter Artemisia Gentileschi, the Hotel Savoy's intimate 25-seat bar on Piazza della Repubblica pours a program by Maestro Salvatore Calabrese, his Breakfast Martini and Spicy Fifty both sit in the 'Salvatore's Signatures' section, with snacks by Rocco Forte's Fulvio Pierangelini. A vintage list mixes Negronis and Martinis from 1980s-bottled spirits at €130.
