Bird Downtown is the city-centre sister of Bird, opened in May 2025 on Palægade near Kongens Nytorv. It follows the Frederiksberg original's format, with records on the turntables and cocktails batched and bottled rather than shaken, and it opens from the morning for coffee before the evening cocktail service.
