Pulp, short for Parlour Unites Local People, is a cocktail bar on Sankt Hans Torv in Nørrebro built and run by two bartenders. The list opens with aperitivos on tap and moves through house cocktails and two sharing punches, with wine and craft beer alongside. It won Best New Cocktail Bar in Denmark at the 2022 Bartenders' Choice Awards and Best Atmosphere the following year.
