Bar Casa

Bar Casa by Ginto is the cocktail bar of the Grand Hôtel Français, a few steps from Saint-André Cathedral in central Bordeaux. Signature and classic cocktails, with or without alcohol, are created with the hotel's mixology consultant Jérémy Lauilhé and his team, and come with seasonal finger food using local produce. Bordeaux artist Emma Kadroui painted the mural in the room and also illustrates the menus.

Point Rouge

Point Rouge is a bar and restaurant on the Quai de Paludate in Bordeaux, working from separate menus for wine, cocktails, spirits and food. The bar serves cocktails and tapas from 6pm until 2am, six nights a week, backed by a deep wine and spirits list. The room sits under vaulted brick ceilings with leather lounge seating.

Aux Quatre Coins du Vin

Aux Quatre Coins du Vin is a wine bar, cellar and restaurant by Place Saint Pierre in the heart of Bordeaux. Enomatic dispensers let guests taste some 40 wines by the glass as a sip, a half glass or a full glass, drawn from the four corners of the world and the Bordeaux region. Cheese boards, artisan charcuterie, croque monsieur, foie gras and anchovies accompany the wines.

Madame Pang

Madame Pang calls itself a concept unique in France: neither a traditional bar nor a Chinese restaurant, but an identity-driven house in Bordeaux blending Asian-influenced craft cocktails, contemporary dim sum, and a curated wine list. The bar cites a Top 500 World's Best Bars listing and a ranking as the fourth best bar in France.
