Nimb Bar fills the former ballroom of Nimb, the Moorish-style hotel on the edge of Tivoli Gardens, under high ceilings, crystal chandeliers and beside a large fireplace. In the evening it serves cocktails and vintage champagne, often with live music, and by day the room hosts afternoon tea.
