Bird
A vinyl-focused neighborhood cocktail bar on Gl. Kongevej in Frederiksberg where music and drinks carry equal weight, with vintage audio equipment and jazz-centered programming from local and international DJs. Cocktails are batch-prepared and spirit-forward, rarely built with fresh citrus or added sugar, organized into Hi Balls, iceless Lo Balls, a dedicated Negroni section and non-alcoholic options. Bird Downtown
Bird Downtown is the city-center sister of Bird, opened in May 2025 on Palægade near Kongens Nytorv. It follows the Frederiksberg original's format, with records on the turntables and cocktails batched and bottled rather than shaken, and it opens from the morning for coffee before the evening cocktail service. A cocktail bar on a Vesterbro side street with Scandinavian mid-century design and the easy feel of a house party. Pulp, short for Parlour Unites Local People, is a cocktail bar on Sankt Hans Torv in Nørrebro built and run by two bartenders. The list opens with aperitivos on tap and moves through house cocktails and two sharing punches, with wine and craft beer alongside.
