Opened in summer 2021, Bar Sistema is a compact cocktail bar in central Split that stocks around 400 spirits on five-meter-high shelves and makes everything else for its drinks in-house. The menu runs from signature creations such as The Navigator and Levity to classics and non-alcoholic options, with regular international guest-bartender shifts. The bar operates first-come, first-served with no reservations. It won Best Cocktail Bar for Croatia at the 2026 Bartenders' Choice Awards.
Bokamorra sits on Obala Ante Trumbića in Split, where the team describes the room as a pizzaurant and cocktails couture. The bar and the kitchen share equal billing, with pizza and cocktails set out together as the house idea. Drinks are the part that keeps moving. Through 2026 the venue has run a Bar Takeover Collection, handing the bar to visiting teams for a night: Pink Pony Club from Budapest brought co-owner Diego Rastella and four cocktails built for the occasion, among them a bruschetta in a glass and an unconventional Paloma. The venue offers dine-in service and outdoor seating.
ROOF 68 is an open-air rooftop restaurant and bar by Split's port, looking over the Riva promenade, Diocletian's Palace and the Adriatic. It runs from morning into the night with cocktails, Mediterranean food and house music. The terrace covers 1,340 square metres with 750 seats and belongs to the by boiler group of venues.
