Velour is a cocktail bar on Store Regnegade in the inner city, opened in May 2025 by Nordic Ethanol, an organic distillery on Amager. Spirits, liqueurs and sodas come from the group's own certified organic distillery, so every cocktail on the signature list is fully organic. The team has a background in Michelin kitchens and cocktail bars, and the bar also runs tastings and distillery workshops. It was named Cocktail Bar of the Year at the Gastro Awards 2026.
