A cocktail bar set in a heritage building in the center of old Copenhagen, known for an almost culinary, season-driven approach to drinks. The menu pairs classic templates with unconventional ingredients, a strawberry and foie gras old fashioned, a clarified coconut-horseradish daiquiri, alongside ice-cream-based serves, in a deliberately whimsical, hyggelig setting.
