#13 on World's 50 Best Bars 2025.

A speakeasy entered through a working tailor's shop in Miraflores, where the staff decide who passes through into the bar beyond. Its cocktails combine classical structure with Peruvian coastal, highland and Amazonian ingredients. It placed No.33 on The World's 50 Best Bars 2025.
Peruvian ingredients meet global cocktail techniques.
Opened in 2018 by founders Luis Alonso Carrión, Jorge Chung, and César Davey, El Infusionista styles itself as an apothecary inspired by the infusionists of traditional Chinese medicine. Tinctures, shrubs, and house macerations line a clinical, laboratory-like room on Manuel Bonilla, and the technique shows up in signature drinks such as the Transfusión, the Xianggu Highball, and the Cáliz del Dragón y el Fénix, paired with an oriental Yin Yang food menu. One of the earliest of the concept bars that now cluster on this Miraflores street alongside María Mezcal, La Cachina, and La Calor, it also runs a second location in Arequipa.
A few doors down Calle Manuel Bonilla in Miraflores, La Cachina Bar takes its name from Peru's flea-market stalls and furnishes the room to match, with recycled and vintage finds layering Peruvian nostalgia onto every wall. The bar pours creative artisanal cocktails to a soundtrack that keeps the mood loose, and it anchors the same family of concept bars as María Mezcal, La Calor, and El Infusionista, with a second location in Arequipa. It is the vintage soul of a street that has quietly become one of Lima's most concentrated cocktail destinations.
La Calor is a small tropical room on Manuel Bonilla 112 that its team describes as a tribute to the Caribbean in the heart of Miraflores. Rum anchors a list of reworked classics threaded with Peruvian and Amazonian ingredients, from a Basil Mojito to a Tropical Singapore with ají charapita and camu camu, alongside house serves like the Remojito and the Berries 'N Stormy. Live tropical music and percussion run through the night. The bartending team is headed by Aaron Díaz of Carnaval fame, and the bar belongs to the same Miraflores family of concepts as María Mezcal, La Cachina, and El Infusionista.
María Mezcal runs two houses on Calle Manuel Bonilla in Miraflores, the Mezcalería at number 132 and the Casona at 227, a Mexican cantina created in Lima in 2021 and built around what the bar calls the largest mezcal selection in Peru. Mezcal and tequila anchor a room that leans fully into cantina culture, with tacos, cheladas, aguas frescas, and Mexican ballads keeping the crowd singing deep into the night. Since 2025 the cocktail menus have carried the hand of Aaron Díaz, the bartender who built his name at Lima's Carnaval and now leads new projects for the group behind María Mezcal, La Cachina, La Calor, and El Infusionista, a family of concept bars clustered on the same Miraflores street.
