Victory is a craft cocktail bar on the 8th floor of the 25hours Hotel on Papirøen, Copenhagen, with panoramic views of the harbor, the Opera House and Holmen. The bar describes itself as a modern pub specializing in seasonal twists on classic cocktails: fizzy highballs, ice-cold martinis and creamy pints, with menus developed in collaboration with local farms and foragers. It operates its own distillery, Mælkevejen, producing house akvavit, gin and vodka, and won Best New Cocktail Bar Denmark at the 2025 Bartenders' Choice Awards within its first year of opening in 2024, followed by Best Cocktail Bar for Denmark at the 2026 edition. Minimum entry age is 21.
