Santa Cocktail Club

Founded at the end of 2019 and grown within three years into four venues — Florence, Rome, Venice and Villa Cora — Santa Cocktail Club is Giulio Fratini's soft-lit room on Piazza Santa Maria Novella, with bar manager Simone Covan running a laboratory-style drinks programme and executive chef Massimo Scervino's kitchen blending tradition and experimentation.
