Opened in summer 2021, Bar Sistema is a compact cocktail bar in central Split that stocks around 400 spirits on five-meter-high shelves and makes everything else for its drinks in-house. The menu runs from signature creations such as The Navigator and Levity to classics and non-alcoholic options, with regular international guest-bartender shifts. The bar operates first-come, first-served with no reservations. It won Best Cocktail Bar for Croatia at the 2026 Bartenders' Choice Awards.
