Revel Cafe & Bar

Chris McMillian, co-founder of the Museum of the American Cocktail, fourth-generation bartender, and the grandaddy of New Orleans' cocktail revival, opened this Mid-City gastro lounge on Mardi Gras 2016 alongside wife Laura.
