Attached to Arnaud's Restaurant—founded in 1918—French 75 carried Chris Hannah's programme for fourteen years before he departed to co-found Jewel of the South. A 2025 Spirited Awards Top 10 nominee for Best U.S. Restaurant Bar, the current team sustains a programme that treats the namesake champagne cocktail as a point of departure rather than a destination. The room carries the patina of a century-old Creole dining institution, and the drinks honour that lineage without being imprisoned by it.
