The Sazerac Bar is a restored landmark inside The Roosevelt New Orleans, with an African walnut bar and murals by Paul Ninas on its walls. It serves the Sazerac, which the hotel calls the official cocktail of New Orleans, in a house version built on Sazerac Rye, Peychaud's Bitters and Herbsaint, alongside Coffee House and Cognac variants.
