Giacomo Giannotti's freezer-door speakeasy held at No. 4 on the World's 50 Best Bars after winning the World's Best Bar title in 2022, and the energy inside the wood-panelled room shows no sign of a post-victory fade. Cocktails arrive as multi-sensory experiences, explored through scientific and cosmic themes, built in the dedicated Paradiso Lab, and served in vessels that function as design objects. Giannotti now curates the Barcelona Cocktail Fest 2026, extending his influence beyond the bar and into the city's broader drinking culture.
