A cocktail bar in El Born opened by Silvia Dorninger and Fran Falco, who built out the interior themselves around a rural, self-sufficiency theme. The drinks program is farm-to-glass in approach and uses laboratory techniques such as rotary evaporation to extract flavors from produce. The bar also serves Japanese-style sando sandwiches. It currently stands at No. 26 on Europe's 50 Best Bars 2026.
