The Spanish outpost of the Buenos Aires bar, opened in 2023 as a collaboration between Tato Giovannoni of Florería Atlántico and Diego Cabrera of Salmon Guru in Madrid. The site is arranged over two levels, with the Brasero Atlántico restaurant at street level and the bar in the basement, reached through a fridge door. The cocktail list draws on Argentina's immigration history, and the kitchen menu is weighted towards fish.
