El Bestiari

El Bestiari takes its cue from Barcelona's festival bestiary, the dragons, devils and correfoc fire-runs of Catalan street celebrations, with cocktails named for the beasts: El Drac Volador (vodka, mint, elderflower, coconut, ginger, rosehip) or El Correfoc (mezcal, cherry, scorpion chile, lavender honey, pineapple). Serves arrive in hand-forged copper vessels made in the bar's own forge (the liquid never touches the copper), part of an in-house workshop that also runs ceramics and a 3D lab. Mixologist Luca Corradini leads the program; it's the sister bar of Mariposa Negra in El Born.
