Barcelona’s iconic cocktail bar Paradiso is celebrating its 10th anniversary with the release of its first-ever cocktail book, Paradiso: From Dream to Legacy, a milestone publication capturing a decade of creativity, innovation, and global influence behind the bar.
Created by founder Giacomo Giannotti alongside the wider Paradiso team, the bilingual English–Spanish book traces the bar’s full journey, from Giannotti’s early education in flavor and discipline at his family’s gelateria to building Paradiso into one of the most influential cocktail destinations in the world. Today, the Barcelona bar is ranked No. 4 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025 list, having previously claimed the title of World’s Best Bar in 2022.

More than a recipe collection, From Dream to Legacy is a narrative-driven exploration of Paradiso’s philosophy and evolution. The book chronicles the bar’s groundbreaking menus over the past ten years through a carefully curated selection of cocktails, each representing a specific era in Paradiso’s development. Every drink reflects the bar’s signature blend of playful creativity, technical precision, and sustainable innovation.
“To see ten years of passion and hard work on the pages of a book is nothing short of magical,” says Giannotti. “This book marks a milestone for us, but it is also a testament to the heart, creativity, and vision of the team that brought Paradiso to life. We hope sharing our story encourages others to believe that dedication over time can spark something extraordinary.”
Positioned as both a creative manifesto and a historical record, Paradiso: From Dream to Legacy offers insight into the mindset behind one of the world’s most influential bars. It is designed for cocktail enthusiasts, working bartenders, and anyone curious about how imagination, consistency, and teamwork can turn a dream into a lasting legacy.

Paradiso: From Dream to Legacy is available from February 9, 2026, in bookstores across Spain and worldwide online, including Amazon, Abacus, El Corte Inglés, and FNAC. The hardcover edition retails at €49.
