From March 13–14, 2026, Wing Lei Bar at Wynn Palace returns with the second edition of Wing Lei Bar & Friends, transforming Macao into a global crossroads of cocktail culture, industry dialogue, and international collaboration.
Following a successful debut, Volume 2 expands the concept into a two-day immersion under the theme “Liquid Culture: How Global Hotspots are Shaking Up the Cocktail World.” The program brings together leading bars from New York, London, Bangkok, Singapore, Delhi, and Jakarta — creating a rare opportunity to experience sharply different hospitality philosophies within a single venue.

Across two evenings, seven guest bars take over the counter in succession. Friday opens with Wing Lei Bar’s UNITY cocktail menu before welcoming Bangkok’s Opium, Singapore’s Night Hawk and Native, and New York’s Sip & Guzzle. Saturday shifts from service to discussion with a panel titled “The Death or Rebirth of the Classic Cocktail,” moderated by Mark Lloyd, before spotlighting New Delhi’s No Vacancy, Jakarta’s Modernhaus, and London’s Archive & Myth.
More than a guest shift series, Wing Lei Bar & Friends positions itself as a platform for cultural exchange. The inaugural edition drew more than 100 bartenders, critics, and enthusiasts from across Asia, highlighting the appetite for deeper industry connection. Volume 2 builds on that momentum, pairing globally established institutions with rapidly emerging scenes in a format designed to spark conversation rather than competition.
The event also revives its collectible sticker campaign. With each collaboration cocktail ordered, guests receive limited-edition blind packs — an interactive element that encourages trading, social engagement, and tangible memories from a weekend defined by fleeting experiences.
As part of a year-long, four-part quarterly series, Wing Lei Bar & Friends continues to strengthen Macao’s positioning within the global bar conversation. For two days in March, the bar at Wynn Palace becomes a condensed world tour — one where contrasting techniques, traditions, and creative sensibilities meet across a single counter.
