Night Hawk

Peter Chua designed this twenty-five-seat Tanjong Pagar Road bar as an inhabitable Edward Hopper painting: plush maroon, gilded accents, and a lighting scheme that flatters everyone in the room. The Nighthawk—a vodka and bespoke-syrup espresso martini riff—anchors a programme that favours atmosphere as much as flavour. The Bareksten Best Bar Design Award in 2023 confirmed what visitors already knew: Night Hawk is the most visually considered bar in Singapore. Ranked No. 77 on Asia's extended list.
