This list includes one on The World's 50 Best Bars and three on Asia's 50 Best.

Singapore's best-known cocktail speakeasy and one of Asia's most-awarded bars: since 2014, an unmarked 1960s shophouse façade has hidden a room inspired by the New York drinking scene of the early 2000s, prospering on word of mouth while Singapore blossomed into a world-class cocktail city around it. The current 'Now & Then' menu pairs classics with modern creations built around seven fundamental techniques, over American comfort food and a hip-hop soundtrack. It was No. 21 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2021 and No. 59 on The World's 50 Best Bars 2023.
Employees Only Singapore is the Amoy Street outpost of the New York speakeasy, serving dinner alongside the bar. It opens nightly at five, running to one in the morning from Sunday to Thursday and to two on Friday and Saturday.

Jerrold Khoo (ex-Jigger & Pony head bartender) and Bai JiaWei's 'third place' on Amoy Street: Flamingo, a daytime coffee-and-wine room, fronts Stay Gold, the Japanese-American cocktail bar hidden behind it, rippled mirror ceilings, dark blue and neon, seventy seats plus the Studio 69 private room. Current menu 'Bartender's Diary Vol. II'; golden hour daily 5-7pm. It was No. 32 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2023 and holds No. 97 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2026.

Hup San Social Club is a twelve-seat cocktail bar in the basement of a Club Street shophouse, entered through the bistro Club Street Laundry. It is run by bartender June Baek, who worked at Madame Fan and MO Bar before stints in South Korea and Vietnam, and the drinks draw on her Korean heritage, among them a take on oi-naengguk, the chilled cucumber soup, made with soju, kelp dashi, sesame and apple vinegar. The name, which means harmony and life, recalls the clan and social clubs that once met in the street's shophouses, and walk-ins are kept alongside a few reservation slots.
Players Table is a 21-seat cocktail room reached through WitBier, a beer bar on Aliwal Street, past the pool table and through an unmarked black door. It opened in April 2026, set up by bartender Jasper Tan, formerly of Cin Cin and MOGA, with a partner from the same MOGA team. The menu of twelve signatures builds each drink around two named ingredients, such as pandan and coconut, sencha and yuzu or espresso and Guinness, and a dealer's choice changes weekly.
