Azimuth is the eighth floor rooftop bar of Almanac Barcelona on Gran Via, set up as an urban observatory with binoculars trained on the Sagrada Familia, the cathedral and other landmarks. The cocktail list is named after the planets, from a mezcal and blue curacao Neptune to a coffee vodka Mercury, and zodiac sign cocktails join the menu for the night program. Mediterranean bites are served from lunchtime, and tables are not bookable.

Dorita is the cocktail bar of Hotel España Ocean Drive on Carrer de Sant Pau, a few steps from La Rambla, opened with the hotel's 2026 reopening and named after La Bella Dorita, the Paral·lel cabaret star. The room has a checkerboard marble floor, velvet armchairs and a backlit back bar under the hotel's modernista ceiling. The drinks are developed with the La Confitería group, with signature cocktails built around Barcelona stories and reworked classics, served with small plates until late.

El Bar del Majestic is the lobby bar of the Majestic Hotel & Spa, the hotel on Passeig de Gràcia that opened in 1918. Gebre is the ground-floor cocktail bar of the InterContinental Barcelona on the slopes of Montjuic, a long backlit counter set in an art deco room. The signature list is built on aging, with cocktails matured in barrels, glass demijohns and clay jars made for the bar by craftsmen in Miravet, next to classics and more than 200 spirits. The back bar also holds a large collection of Spanish whisky.
