Bar Kabawa is Momofuku's daiquiri and wine bar on Extra Place in the East Village, next door to the Kabawa restaurant and built around the Caribbean flavors of chef Paul Carmichael's cooking. The list runs to daiquiris and wines by the glass, with a compact menu of patties and raw bar bites, and the room holds space for walk-ins alongside a small reservation book.
