Cocktail BarHanashi - Omakase Cocktail Bar
Hanashi sits at Gertrudy 10 in Kraków and describes itself as a place where the art of the cocktail meets the philosophy of omakase. The bar points guests toward whisky, gin and umeshu, and its own story highlights cover the menu, omakase service, tasting dinners and events. A barrel-aged Negroni is a fixture of the regular service. For Negroni Week the team builds a dedicated cocktail insert with four takes on the classic, three of them house twists carrying a light Japanese accent, all built on Tenjaku Japanese gin with Campari. Posts from the bar's own account show the room in regular use through September 2026.

Hedwig's
Hedwig's occupies a desacralized chapel built in the fourteenth century at Stradom House in Kraków, and takes its name from Saint Hedwig. The venue describes itself as a cocktail bar with signature cocktails and classy spirits plus a wine cellar, where chefs, sommeliers and mixologists build the food and drink program together. Subtle music, atmospheric lighting and historical interiors from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries set the tone, and works by Gideon Rubin and Jonas Wood adorn the interiors. The current card lists house drinks such as Midnight Rush and Pickle Me!, alongside a cigar list and a signature wine selection. A DJ plays Friday and Saturday. After 6 pm entry is adults only.

Movida calls itself a cocktail bar with international standards, reborn, in its words, like a phoenix from the ashes of the old Paparazzi and drawing on that bar's nearly thirteen years on Mikołajska. It promises bartenders with international experience, world-class cocktails and a place where everyone can feel like a celebrity, and its Instagram adds dates, music and parties.
