A cocktail and wine bar on Národní opposite the National Theatre, built around a theatrical concept in which drinks serve as props in a staged performance. Its menu takes inspiration from the four stages of the National Theatre, and the bar also hosts private events. It won Best Cocktail Bar for Czechia at the 2026 Bartenders' Choice Awards. At the Bartenders' Choice Awards it won Best Atmosphere for Czechia in 2026.

A small craft cocktail bar in Vinohrady with a Japanese-influenced approach to drinks and service. The room is intimate and low-lit, run by a two-person team, with an original cocktail menu and reservations taken by phone, email or Instagram message. Open four evenings a week, Tuesday through Friday. It won Best Cocktail Menu for Czechia at the 2026 Bartenders' Choice Awards.

50 BESTCocktail BarHemingway Bar Prague
Hemingway Bar Prague takes its cue from Ernest Hemingway, a writer whose name became attached to mixed drinks in bars around the world. The bar carries the spirits he favored, with a deep absinthe offering that includes a limited edition Hemingway Absinthe distilled for the bar by Martin Žufánek, plus rare replicas of some of the finest absinthes ever made, served the traditional way. More than two hundred rums sit on the shelves, beside champagnes from large houses and small producers alike. Above all the bar works on mixed drinks built from premium and ultra premium ingredients and fresh fruit juices. Its own suggestion is the Becher Butter Sour.

Bukowski's Bar is a candlelit cocktail bar on Bořivojova in Žižkov, open since 2008 and named after the writer Charles Bukowski. It keeps to classic, fairly priced cocktails served across several small adjoining rooms, and stays open until 3am every night. A second Bukowski's now runs in Letná, on Veletržní.

ALCRON Bar is an art deco cocktail bar inside the Almanac X Alcron Prague hotel on Štěpánská in Praha 1. The bar describes itself as an elegant, stylish room in central Prague, where first rate cocktails are mixed by real professionals in a modern setting. Its own list keeps drinks tied to the history of the original Alcron hotel, among them Alcron, Prima Balerina and Tank Olga, alongside creations such as Stumblin' In, Thirsty Dog and Night Cap. A low sugar mocktail range offers full flavor and no alcohol, including Almost Negroni, Bloom Berry and Bohemian Garden. A separate private bar can be reserved for celebrations and meetings. Parlour
Parlour is a small basement cocktail bar on Krakovská in New Town, a few minutes from the top of Wenceslas Square, with no sign outside and no printed menu. The bartenders ask which flavors a guest likes and build each drink to order, served in antique glassware. The room holds a handful of tables and a six-seat counter, and it takes both reservations and walk-ins.
