Hedwig's occupies a desacralized chapel built in the fourteenth century at Stradom House in Kraków, and takes its name from Saint Hedwig. The venue describes itself as a cocktail bar with signature cocktails and classy spirits plus a wine cellar, where chefs, sommeliers and mixologists build the food and drink program together. Subtle music, atmospheric lighting and historical interiors from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries set the tone, and works by Gideon Rubin and Jonas Wood adorn the interiors. The current card lists house drinks such as Midnight Rush and Pickle Me!, alongside a cigar list and a signature wine selection. A DJ plays Friday and Saturday. After 6 pm entry is adults only.
