Hanashi - Omakase Cocktail Bar

Hanashi sits at Gertrudy 10 in Kraków and describes itself as a place where the art of the cocktail meets the philosophy of omakase. The bar points guests toward whisky, gin and umeshu, and its own story highlights cover the menu, omakase service, tasting dinners and events. A barrel-aged Negroni is a fixture of the regular service. For Negroni Week the team builds a dedicated cocktail insert with four takes on the classic, three of them house twists carrying a light Japanese accent, all built on Tenjaku Japanese gin with Campari.
