The Aubrey is the hotel's 25th-floor Japanese izakaya and cocktail bar, Japonisme aesthetics and English glamour over Victoria Harbour, with three drinking areas: the main bar, a four-seat omakase cocktail counter and a champagne-and-sake bar, plus one of the city's deepest Japanese spirits collections.
