Beckaly Franks and Ezra Star's subterranean bar inside Basehall 02, the food hall beneath Jardine House, opened March 2023, with geometric arches by NC Design & Architecture inspired by underground water cisterns. The program celebrates aged spirits with a rotating focus, led by bar manager J Frank; the Bread + Butter (aged spirit blend, ruby port, toasted brioche, brown butter, whey) is the signature. Strictly 18+ and fully cashless.
