Apothecary

Apothecary is an apothecary-themed cocktail bar on the third floor of the Carfield Commercial Building on Wyndham Street, opened in 2021 by Austen Lendrum, formerly of Foxglove, and Lik Hang-fung. Its botanical cocktails are presented as cures in keeping with the theme, and the bar team is now led by Kervin Unido, who previously worked at PDT, Carbon and Candour.
