25:00, or Twenty Fifth Hour, is a cocktail bar on the 13th floor of the Luk Yu Building on Stanley Street, built around the idea of an unspoken extra hour. Head mixologist Kenzo Lee, formerly of W Hotel Hong Kong and Sugar at EAST, writes a list that runs from Hong Kong-inspired flavours to seasonal tasting menus, and the bar hosts regular guest shifts.
