The Hong Kong outpost of the London original occupies levels five and six of LANDMARK on Queen's Road Central, with the dining room below and the bar and lounge above, joined by a spiral staircase. The bar keeps the contemporary izakaya register the group is known for, pouring sake, Japanese whisky and shochu alongside a seasonal cocktail list that leans on yuzu, ginger and house infusions. Recent menus have included Burning History, a smoked blend of Japanese and Islay whiskies with ginger, yuzu and honey. A garden terrace takes the full bar menu and looks out across Central. Resident DJs play through the week, and early-week izakaya nights pour sake, beer and highball before dinner service.
