Owner Steven Waters built the program around classic cocktail architecture, stirred spirit-forward builds, properly balanced sours, and a back bar that includes bottles most Denver bars cannot source. The first-come, first-served policy and no-reservations stance keep the room democratic, and the alleyway entrance gives the experience just enough mystery. A bar that takes the cocktail seriously without taking itself too seriously.
