Pony Up

Pony Up is a LoDo bar known for its French dip sandwiches and inventive cocktails, decorated with neon signs, a portrait of an imperial bulldog and references to The Outsiders. Its signature shot pairs George Dickel whisky with a roast-beef jus chaser, and the kitchen stays open until 1am, which makes it a late stop for hospitality workers. A sibling, Side Pony, runs on West Colfax as a coffee and cocktail bar.
