The Cooper Lounge sits on the mezzanine of Denver Union Station, with the 28-foot arched windows on one side and a view over the Great Hall on the other. It is styled as a lounge from the age of rail travel, serving cocktails, a long wine list and plates until 9:30pm, plus brunch. Reservations open two weeks ahead for parties of up to eight.
