Call Me Pearl is the cocktail lounge of The Rally Hotel at McGregor Square, opened in November 2023 in a two-storey room under a large chandelier, with windows onto Coors Field and a mountain silhouette running the length of the back bar. The menu runs to some 28 pages, with spirit-free drinks, cocktail and caviar pairings, oysters and seafood snacks, and each drink is sketched by a local artist.
