The Rooftop Bar crowns Andaz Tokyo on the 52nd floor of Toranomon Hills, with a partly open-air terrace some 250 meters up and night views over Tokyo Bay, the Rainbow Bridge and Odaiba. Guests can sit out on the terrace, at the bar counter under tall ceilings hung with artworks, or in a sofa area that recalls a tea ceremony room. Head mixologist Yasutoshi Yoshiwara, who cooked in French and Californian restaurants before he turned to the bar, builds cocktails on seasonal fruit and premium teas, and the menu includes a whisky sour reworked with jasmine tea. Sake, champagne and premium spirits round out the list.
