A small bar run by Daisuke Ito, who trained under Hisashi Kishi and Hidetsugu Ueno at Star Bar Ginza before opening his own place in 2014. It sits inside the New Shimbashi Building, a 1970s commercial complex by Shimbashi station, and is fitted out with antique furnishings that contrast with the surrounding arcade. The list is centerd on classics, with an original called the Pantheon made from Scotch, Benedictine and lemon.
