The cocktail bar of Park Hotel Tokyo, on the 25th floor of the Shiodome Media Tower. It seats about ten guests at the counter and focuses on cocktails built around Japanese and imported botanicals, seasonal fruit and sake, alongside a list of roughly 100 Scottish single malts. The room looks out over the city and is open in the evenings only.
