'Modern Days of Golden Age' is the brief at Gold Bar: century-old classics elevated with Japanese flavors, poured in an 83-seat room of charred yakisugi timber and gold leaf at The Tokyo EDITION Toranomon. DJs play Thursday to Saturday from 8:30pm, and guest-bartender takeovers are a regular fixture. Signatures include the Grand Manhattan (¥3,200) and a Tequila Martini built on Don Julio 1942 (¥3,500).
