The Rooftop sits 12 stories up at The Wayfarer Downtown LA, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, at 813 S Flower St, an open-air space set among the DTLA skyscrapers. It serves lunch, brunch and dinner with a full bar, from ceviche tostadas and birria quesa-tacos to steak frites. The drinks list is tiki-minded, pairing classics such as the Jungle Bird and Three Dots and a Dash with modern house cocktails like Mango Unchained, with tequila, mango and chamoy, and Life Aquatic, with gin, pineapple and crème de violette, along with Scorpion bowls and frozen and hot cocktails. Happy hour runs Thursday and Friday from 5pm to 7pm.
