Florentín is an open-air rooftop bar on a historic building above Spring Street in Downtown Los Angeles, pairing a Mediterranean spirit with views of the skyline. The drinks are handcrafted cocktails, wine and craft beer, served alongside artisanal pizzas and Mediterranean-inspired small plates. Signatures include the Carrot Margarita with dill and sea salt, the Florentiní with Hendrick's gin, cucumber and green tea, and a Mango Sticky Rice Milk Punch with rum, coconut milk and Thai basil; most of the cocktails can also be made without alcohol. Guests must be 21+, the dress code is upscale casual chic, and the bar opens Tuesday to Sunday, with tables bookable through OpenTable.
