Broken Shaker is the cocktail bar on the rooftop pool deck of Freehand Los Angeles, on the 14th floor at 416 W. 8th St. in Downtown LA. It pours handcrafted cocktails infused with homemade elixirs, aiming to bring the flavors of the beach to the center of the city, alongside a menu of small bites. House cocktails include Up on the Roof with mezcal, Chambord, watermelon and basil, Breakfast in the Moonlight with two rums, cinnamon and passion fruit, and East of Eden with tequila, St. Germain and cucumber, plus frozens, mocktails and a punch bowl for groups of six or more. It opens daily from noon to midnight, with happy hour from 4pm to 7pm.
