Spire 73 is the rooftop bar on the 73rd floor of the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown at 900 Wilshire Boulevard, which the hotel calls the tallest open-air bar in the Western Hemisphere. Guests gather around fire pits for sunset over the city, with craft cocktails, small bites and a casual dinner. The Mixologist Inspired Cocktails list includes the Skyline Ember with Casamigos Reposado, mezcal and guava, the Nightfall Old Fashioned with caramelized fig syrup, and the Pandan Power with Japanese whisky and fino sherry, plus a short spirit-free list. It opens at 5pm from Thursday to Monday and is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Tables are booked through SevenRooms.
