Üca Terraza occupies the rooftop of The Delphi Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, a bar and restaurant styled after the pool and beach clubs of Tulum. The kitchen looks to Latin America and the Yucatán, using traditional techniques with California produce, and serves shareable plates such as ceviche, aguachile and tacos. The bar is the center of the rooftop, with Riviera Maya inspired cocktails and a long agave spirit collection. The Cócteles list includes the Cristal Verde with mezcal and aloe liqueur, a Hibiscus Negroni built on mezcal, and the Lumbre with rye, reposado tequila and corn liqueur, plus zero-proof drinks. On Saturday and Sunday it also opens from 11am to 3pm.
