Winner of Best New American Cocktail Bar at Tales of the Cocktail's Spirited Awards in 2018, Navy Strength at 2505 2nd Avenue has evolved from its initial tiki-adjacent positioning into a full-spectrum tropical cocktail bar with a rotating seasonal menu, house-made syrups, and a produce-forward approach that takes Pacific Northwest ingredients into equatorial territory. The rum programme is deep and serious, the garnish work is exuberant without becoming ridiculous, and the food menu — oysters, nachos, and shareable plates — makes this a genuine all-evening destination.
